Do Small Businesses in Guwahati Actually Need an AI Chatbot?
We get asked to 'add an AI chatbot' more than almost anything else right now. Sometimes it's the right call. Often it isn't — here's how we help clients decide.
Good fit: repetitive first-line questions
If your support team answers the same 10-15 questions repeatedly (pricing, hours, order status), a chatbot trained on your actual FAQ content removes real hours from your week.
Good fit: lead qualification
A chatbot that asks a few qualifying questions before routing a WhatsApp or website lead to your sales team saves time on unqualified enquiries.
Bad fit: low enquiry volume
If you get fewer than a handful of enquiries a week, the cost of building and maintaining a chatbot usually isn't worth it compared to just answering messages directly.
