5 Signs Your Business Needs a New Website (Not Just a Redesign)
We get asked to 'just tweak a few things' more often than we get asked for a full rebuild — and about half the time, a rebuild is actually the cheaper, better option. Here's how to tell which one you need.
1. Your site takes more than 3 seconds to load on mobile
Most visitors on mobile data in India will bounce before a slow site finishes loading. If you haven't checked your PageSpeed Insights score recently, that's the first thing to test.
2. You're on an old WordPress theme with a plugin for everything
Stacked plugins are the most common way small business sites get hacked, and they compound load time with every addition.
3. Your team can't update it without calling a developer
If simple text or price changes require a developer, the site's admin experience is working against you.
4. It doesn't show up for your own business name on Google
If searching your own business name doesn't surface your site on page one, there's likely a fundamental technical SEO issue, not just a content gap.
5. It looks fine on desktop but breaks on mobile
With most Indian traffic coming from mobile, a desktop-first site that breaks on smaller screens is actively losing you customers daily.
