Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Arc Webworks, we strive to deliver high-quality services that meet your expectations. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds and cancellations of our services and subscriptions.

2. Project-Based Services

2.1 Before Project Commencement

  • Full refund available if cancelled before any work begins
  • Administrative fees of up to 5% may be deducted
  • Request must be submitted in writing via email

2.2 After Project Commencement

  • Partial refund based on work not yet completed
  • Client will be billed for all completed work at agreed rates
  • Milestone payments for completed phases are non-refundable
  • All delivered materials and assets remain property of Arc Webworks until full payment

2.3 After Project Completion

  • No refunds available after project delivery and approval
  • We offer a 30-day revision period for addressing issues within the original scope
  • Additional work outside the original scope will be quoted separately

3. Subscription & Maintenance Services

3.1 Monthly Subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime with 30 days written notice
  • No refunds for partial months
  • Services continue until the end of the current billing period

3.2 Annual Subscriptions

  • Pro-rated refund available within the first 60 days
  • After 60 days, no refunds but service continues until expiration
  • Early termination fee of 20% may apply

3.3 Auto-Pay Cancellation

  • Auto-pay can be cancelled at any time through your client portal
  • Cancellation must be made at least 7 days before the next billing date
  • Payments already processed cannot be reversed

4. Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Submit a refund request via email to dronberia2003@gmail.com
  2. Include your invoice number, project details, and reason for refund
  3. Our team will review your request within 5 business days
  4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  5. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting, licenses, stock images)
  • Custom development work that has been delivered and approved
  • Rush fees or expedited service charges
  • Consultation and strategy sessions that have been conducted
  • Training sessions that have been delivered

6. Disputes & Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us first to resolve the issue. We are committed to finding a fair resolution. The process includes:

  • Initial discussion with your project manager
  • Escalation to senior management if needed
  • Mediation through a mutually agreed third party if necessary

7. Service Guarantee

We stand behind our work and offer the following guarantees:

  • 30-Day Bug Fix Guarantee: We will fix any bugs or issues related to the delivered work at no additional cost
  • Satisfaction Guarantee: We will work with you until you're satisfied with the deliverables within the agreed scope
  • Uptime Guarantee: For maintenance clients, we guarantee 99.9% uptime for hosted services

8. Payment Disputes

If you believe there is an error in your invoice or payment, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing errors promptly. Please note that initiating a chargeback without contacting us first may result in:

  • Suspension of ongoing services
  • Additional administrative fees
  • Collection proceedings for valid charges
