1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Arc Webworks services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

Arc Webworks provides web development, design, and related digital services. The specific scope of services will be outlined in individual project agreements or proposals.

• Website design and development
• Web application development
• E-commerce solutions
• Website maintenance and support
• Digital consulting services

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to the following:

• Payments are due as specified in the invoice or project agreement
• Late payments may incur additional charges of 2% per month
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• GST (18%) will be added to all invoices as applicable
• Auto-pay subscriptions can be cancelled with 30 days notice

4. Project Deliverables

Project timelines and deliverables will be specified in individual project agreements. Arc Webworks commits to delivering high-quality work within agreed timeframes, subject to:

• Timely client feedback and approvals
• Availability of required content and assets from the client
• Scope changes may affect timelines and costs

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom-developed code and designs created specifically for their project. Arc Webworks retains the right to use non-proprietary components and to showcase completed work in our portfolio.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the project. This includes business strategies, technical specifications, and any other sensitive information.

7. Limitation of Liability

Arc Webworks shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Upon termination:

• Client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date
• Any materials or deliverables created will be transferred upon payment
• Ongoing subscriptions will be cancelled as per the notice period

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
